集成函数在基于不精确法的集成稳健设计中的应用

摘要: 针对产品在设计初期影响产品质量的各种不确定性因素,将不精确法与稳健设计相结合.根据不精确法的映射方法,把产品的设计变量从设计变量空间(DVS)映射到性能变量空间(PVS),并建立设计变量到性能参数的映射函数——集成函数,利用其合成PVS中的不同性能偏爱,完成多属性的偏爱集成或多个评价者之间的偏爱集成.以减速器为例说明集成函数对多属性集成稳健设计方案求取最优决策的应用.实例表明该方法是方便和实用的.Abstract: Based on the method of imprecision (MoI) and the robust design, uncertainty factors which influences the quality of products were considered during preliminary design. Using MoI mapping from a design variable space (DVS) to a performance variable space (PVS), an aggregation function was built and incorporated in different performance preferences on PVS to accomplish aggregation preferences for multi-attributes or more estimating persons. The example of gearbox was illustrated an application of the aggregation function in the optimal decision making of robust design. The results show that it is a convenient and practical method.
