差动调速φ250小型半连轧机组产品精度的研究——小型轧机技术改造研究之二

A study of product quality of semi-continuous Bar Mill By Differential Dual Drive

  • 摘要: 本工作根据φ250mm×5+φ300mm×1半连续小型轧机力能参数、动态速降与成品尺寸分布的测试资料,着重对产品精度进行了统计分析,明确了“大头—大尾”以及成品尺寸沿长度上高频率波动的形成机理,应用电流记忆法估算了K2—K1机架间的张力水平;指出欲进一步提高产品精度、稳定连轧过程,必须开发型钢连轧的微张力控制技术。

     

    Abstract: Baysed on the investigation of experimental data in the D. D. D semi-continuous bar mill φ250mm×6, the following works have been studied:
    1.The accuracy of product has been analyzed statistically.The mechanism of forming a bigger head and tail, and the fluctuation with high frequency in dimension along the product length has been made clear by the method of simulation.
    2.The actual tension level between stands is estimated by the current data of D. C motor.
    Thus, it is denoted that in order to further improve the product accuracy and rolling process stableness, the free tension control technique should be developed.
