热切锯片的失效及锯齿的力学分析

摘要: 热锯机在冶金厂得到广泛的应用。提高锯片使用寿命,摸清锯齿失效原因,仍是当前值得注意的问题。本文从调查国内锯片使用的情况出发,归纳了锯片失效的类型。并用弹性力学有限单元法,解出了典型锯齿的应力场及应变场,对分析锯齿破坏机理,设计合理的齿形提供了力学依据。
为确定合理锯切力能参数,本文应用了弹塑性有限元法求出的计算结果。
我国冶金厂和机械厂拥有数千台锯机,每年要消耗大量的锯片。如唐山市冶金锯片厂这样的专业厂,每年要为上百个厂家提供各种规格的圆盘锯片,其中大直径的热切锯片占有一定的比例。近年来,由于改进了制造工艺,严格质量标准,使锯片质量得到了提高。但由使用的效果看,锯片早期破损的情况仍然发生。因此,进一步摸清锯片的失效原因,寻找其破坏的机理,提高锯片的使用寿命,仍是当前一项重要的工作。Abstract: Hot saw has been extensivelg used in metallurgical plant.The question of clearly knowing the real reason of sawtooth failure and increasing the service life of saw disc still merits attention at present.Based on the investigation of the condition of saws service at home, various types of saw disc failure are summa-rized in this artical. The typical stress and strain fields of sawtooth is computed with finite element method in elasticity and the results may provide mechanical basis for analysis of mechanisum of the sawtooth failure and design of reasonable tooth shape.
In this paper, the compatation by finite element method in plasto-elast-icity is applied to determine proper force-energy parameter of saw.
