摘要: 斜轧机万向联接轴倾角的计算比一般纵轧机复杂,而且影响其倾角大小的因素也较多。为了避免由于万向联接轴的滑块严重磨损造成斜轧机传动系统的冲击和噪音等问题,必须合理地设计斜轧机的万向联接轴。本文介绍了斜轧机万向联接轴倾角的计算公式,并论述了合理设计万向联接轴的几条原则。Abstract: The calculation for the caster angle of cardan shaft in the skew rolling mill is more complicated than that in general rolling mill. Furthermore the affected factors are comparatively greater for the angle of cardan shaft in the skew rolling mill. In order to prevent the slide block of cardan shaft from wearing seriously, the cardan shaft in the skew rolling mill must be rational designed. This article presents the calculating formula of the caster angle of cardan shaft and discusses principles for designing rational cardan shaft in the skew rolling mill.
