球铁齿轮弯曲静强度的试验研究

A Test Reseach on Static Bending Strength of SpheroidalCast Iron Gears

  • 摘要: 为了保证齿轮达到一定程度的传动精度,必须限制轮齿的残余变形量,即轮齿允许的残余交形量取决于传动精度和齿轮的使用条件。通过一系列试验,发现轮齿齿根的静弯曲极限应力值σF11ms与齿轮残余变形量δ和模数m两者之间的比值(δ/m)有这样的关系:σF11ms1(δ/m)k。其中σ1是每单位模数产生1μm残余变形量时的齿根应力,σ1值取决于材料的机械性能。K为指数,其值取决于材料的种类和热处理工艺。本文给出球铁齿轮的σ1和K值。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure that a certain degree of transmission accuracy, the remains deformation of gear teeth must be restricted within a certain range. In other words, the allowable remains deformation depends on the accuracy of the transmission and the conditions under which the gear is working. Based on a large number of test results, the relationship between remains deformation and static bending strength limit σFilms was obtained as follows: σFilms1(δ/m)K. Where σ1-the gear bending stress at the moment when 1 um remains deformation is produced for unit module. K - a coefficient which is dependent on the material and its heat treatment method, σ1 and K for spheroidal cast iron gears are shoun in this paper.
