Mechanism of Ziggag Grain Boundary Formation in Wrought Nickelbase Superalloys

摘要: 本文重点研究镍基变形高温合金中弯曲晶界形成的动力学过程。指出当晶界上存在两相(γ1和M6C或M23C6)时,形成弯晶的为主相随合金本质及热处理参数(温度、冷速等)而变化。提出一个两相式弯晶形成模型和一个一段晶界迁移模型。Abstract: Kinetic Process of zigzag grain boundary formation (ZGBF) in wrought nickel-base superalloys has been investigated.It was shown that the major phase of ZGBF is depended on the nature of alloys and parameters of heat treatment (temperature, cooling rate and so on), when two phases(γ', M6C or M23C6) are coexisted at grain boundary.Two models are presented in this paper:one is used in ZGBF with two phases, the other is used to describe migration of (a segment) grain boundary.
