锰橄榄石的合成及其与盐酸反应热的测定

Synthesis of Tephroite and Determination of Heat of Reaction of Tephroite with Hydrochloric Acid

  • 摘要: 报导了纯锰橄榄石的合成及鉴定。这种合成的纯锰榄橄石在室温时可以被盐酸,硫酸完全分解。由量热法测得此锰橄榄石和稀盐酸反应时放出(169±3.5)kJ.mol-1的热。这个由实验测得的反应热与按文献数据算出的H2180值相近。
    由测得的反应热值算出的Mn2SiO4的品格能是-8045kJ.mol-1,SiO44-g的水合焓是-4439.3kJ.mol-1

     

    Abstract: In this article, the synthesis and characterisation of pure tephroite are discussed. At room temperature, the synthesized pure tephroise be decomposed completely by dilute hydrochloric acid,salphuric acid or phosphoric acid. It is found by calorimetry that the reaction of tephroite with hydrochloric acid releases the heat to be 160.1±3.5 kJ per mole. The determined value of heat of reaction is close to the calculated value of △H°298 based on deta from literature.
    From the deterarined value of the heat of reaction, the laitice enargy of Mn2SiO4 is calculated to be -8045 kJ·mol-1, the enthalpy of hydration of SiO44- (g) is -4439.3 kJ.mol-1.
