On Reaction Dynamics of Adsorption of N2 in Liquid Fe-C-O System

  • 摘要: 研究往Fe-C-O系熔体吹氮时吸氮反应动力学,测定了氮分压、氧和碳含量以及温度对吸氮反应速度的影响。通过实验数据处理,得出Fe-C-O系熔体吸氮反应在氧含量较低时是一级反应,较高时是二级反应,氧含量很高时吸氮速度达最低值。碳能显著地降低Fe-C-O系熔体吸氮反应的传质系数。一级反应和二级反应活化能各为131.67kJ/mol,122.89kJ/mol

     

    Abstract: Studied the reaction dynamics of the solution of N2 in the liquid Fe-C-O system, measured the effect of partial preasure of N2, content of O2 and C, temperatures on the solution rate. This reaction was in first order whenO content is lower; it was second order whenO content is high; the rate of solution is lowest when theO content is very high. The influenceC content on the mass transport constant of solution is evident. The apparent activation energy at first order is 131.6 kJ/mol, and 122.89 kJ/mol at second order.
