含磷低锰钢板的研制
Study on Phosphorus Containing Low Manganese Steel

摘要: 以低锰(≤ 2%)含磷钢板为对象,探索在罩式炉进行的获得双相组织的周期退火工艺,并研究磷对周期退火后钢板的组织和性能的影响,以提供适合我国冶企工业生产条件的抗拉强度 ≥ 540MPa,延伸率 ≥ 27%的含磷钢板生产依据。实验结果表明,含锰~2%,磷(0.1~0.13)%的钢板,经680℃保温8h,再在730℃保温4h,随炉以50℃/h速度冷却至400℃后空冷的周期退火工艺退火,可以达到上述提出的性能要求,并且冲压成型性能良好。Abstract: A cyclic annealing process of phosphorus containing low manganese steels plates in bell-type furnace, being aimed at dual phase microstructures, is studied. The influence of phosphorous on microstructures and mechanical properties of cyclicly annealed steel plates is investigated also, which provides good references for the production of P containing steel plate. The experimental results show that the steel plates containing -2% Mn and (0.1-0.13%) P, which are treated under a cyclic annealing process at 680℃ for 8h follwed by 730℃ for 4h, then furnace cooled to 400℃ and air cooled below 400℃ can meet the mechanical property requirement of T.S. L-540MPa, El.>27% and good drawing quality.
