冷带轧机颤振现象的分析与仿真

Analysis and Simulation of Chatter Phenomenon on Cold Mill

  • 摘要: 对冷带轧机常会发生的120~250Hz颤振现象进行分析,建立了新的颤振动力学模型并进行了过程仿真,说明这种颤振是轧制过程本身潜在的不稳定性随轧速升高达到临界值时发生的自激振动。临界轧速随轧制工艺参数和轧制特征而变化。指出了国外对轧机颤振理论研究中存在的某些失误。根据仿真揭示的规律提出轧机设计及操作中可采取的防振措施。

     

    Abstract: The paper investigates the chatter phenomenon about 120~250Hz often occurred during the rolling of cold strips establishes a more reasonable dynamic model of the chatter, and simulates the chatter process. The chatter is a self-excited vibration resulting from the inherent instability of rolling process increasing with rising rolling speed. The limit speed up to which the chatter occurs varies with difference of technology parameters of rolling and specification of cold mill. The mistakes about chatter mechanism existing in the research articles of some foreign investigators are pointed. The measurements which may prevent from chattering with reasonable design and operation of cold mill are given by the analysis and simulation.
