摘要: 介绍了光弹性-光塑性模型材料及用于剪切实验的加载装置,并给出剪切时弹性变形等差线及裂纹扩展残余等差线图;剪切过程塑性裂纹扩展情况,剪刃与轧件接触处的应力分布及轧件截面变化对剪切应力影响的实例。Abstract: The photoelastic-photoplastic material selective principle and loading equipment of cutting are introduced. The isochromatic photographs of elastic de-formation and crack extensive residue, crack extension at cutting, the stress distribution on the surface of cutting tools which contact with the metal and the relation between cutting stress and b/h are given.
