Load Distribution in Rolling Bearings Considering the System Deformation

摘要: 提出了一种将滚动体模拟成非线性弹性支承的新方法。它考虑了轴承系统的变形。当轴承座较薄弱时,压力常呈双峰分布。Abstract: A new method is approached here by simulating the action of rolling elements with nonlinear elastic supports. The system deformation is considered. The results show that the rolling element load distribution has close relationship with the chock stiffness and bearing clearance. When the stiffness is relatively small the load is double-peakly distributed but not single-peakly as described in conventional analytical method.
