二维热应力疲劳及裂纹形态

Biaxial Thermal Stress Fatigue and Crack Morphology

  • 摘要: 研究了不同应力比的二线热应力疲劳试验并进行了数值分析。结果表明:热疲劳裂纹的形态决定于两个主应力的比和两个主塑性应变的比;直线型裂纹的方向垂直于最大主应力方向;两个主应力的值和两个主塑性应变值相近时出现网状龟裂。

     

    Abstract: The experiment and numerical analysis of biaxial thermal stress fatigue under various stress ratio.The results show that the morphology of thermal fatigue cracks depend on both ratio of two principal stresses and ratio of two principal plastic stress, and the direction of straiight crack is perpendicular to the direction of maximum principal stress. Netty thermal fatigue crack will occurs when two principal stress and two principal plastic strains are approximately equal to each other.
