硅对低碳Si-Mn双相钢纤维组织的影响

Influence of Si on the Formation and Variation of Fibrous Martensite of Low Carbon Si-Mn Dual-Phase Steel

  • 摘要: 研究了硅对低碳Si-Mn双相钢纤维状马氏体形成、变化的影响。结果表明:在过热度△T(奥氏体化温度与AC1的温度差值)相近的条件下,钢中硅含量提高有阻止马氏体纤维粗化的作用。原始组织为高温淬火态的钢,在(α+γ)两相区二次淬火组织中,纤维马氏体开始消失的温度随钢中硅含量增多而升高,钢中硅含量每增加一倍,该温度相应升高约40℃。

     

    Abstract: The influence of silicon on the formation and variation of fibrous martensite of low carbon Si-Ma dual-phase steel was studied by quantitative metallography, SEM and TEM. The results show that when superheating degree is given, the thickening rate of the fibrous martensite slows down with the increase of silicon content. In the structure of intermediate quenching specimen, the starting disappearing temperature of the fibrous martensite increases with silicon content of steel.
