Calculation of γ-α Nuclear Driving Forces and Critical Nucleus Compositions of Alloy Steel

摘要: 采用Wagner的动力学模型,计算了含Mn,Si,Ni,Cr,Mo,Cu,V,Nb,W,Co等几种合金元素(合金含量<7%)的多元系低合金钢析出先共析铁素体平衡及仲平衡下的临界核心的成分和形核驱动力。设计了实用的计算程序。Abstract: On the basis of Wagner's kinetic model, the compositions of critical nucleus and the nuclear driving forces of the precipitation of preutectoid ferrite in the conditions of equilibrium and para-equilibrium for polynary low-alloy steels, containing Mn, Si, Ni, Cr, Mo, Cu, V, Nb, W and Co (the total content<7%), were calculated. A pratical calculated programme was established.
