四辊轧机轴向力理论计算模型——四辊轧机轴向力学行为的研究(Ⅰ)

Theorical Model of Axial Force of 4-H Strip Mill——Study on the Axial Mechanical Behavior of 4-H Strip Mills (Ⅰ)

  • 摘要: 通过对四辊轧机辊间摩擦特性的分析,从微观角度讨论了轧辊表面微凸体在轧辊之间的相互作用,建立了辊间接触表面以及轧辊与轧件间轴向位移场。根据预位移原理,分析了冷轧、热轧不同情况下的辊面粗糙度等级、轧件变形抗力及粘度对轧辊轴向力的影响,得到了对称轧制条件下的轧辊轴向作用力理论计算模型,并对情况较复杂的工作辊轴向力进行了分析。

     

    Abstract: Through the analysis on the rub characters between rolls of 4-high strip mill, the co-operation of small convexes between the backup and work roll is discussed. The axial displacement models are established on the touching surface between the rolls and between the work roll and rolling piece. With the predisplacement theory, the effect of the surface roughness of rolls, resistance to deformation and viscosity of rolling piece on axial force of rolls is analyzed. The theory formulas for axial force of the roll system of rolling sheep mills are obtained under the condition of symmetry rolling, and more complex axial force of work rolls is discussed. The axial force theory has been verified.
