摘要: 对水平连铸铸坯进行了传热和热应力分析,预测了铸坯出结晶器的凝壳厚度和表面最大温度回升,指出了铸坯裂纹产生的原因.

Abstract: An analysis of heat transfer and thermal stress for strands of horizontal casting of steel has been made. The shell thickness and maximum surface reheat of sthends are predicted at the exit of mould. The cause of forming ctacks in strands is indicated.
