  • 摘要: 建立了四辊轧机辊系轴向动态模型,根据摩擦学的预位移理论,确定了辊系接触轴向刚度的概念和量级,由此得到了辊系的固有特性,确定了轴向动负荷放大系数,为合理地分析轴向力对轧辊轴承的作用提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: A reasonable dynamic model of the axial vibration for 4-H strip mills is established in this paper. And with the predisplacement theory in tribophysics,the definition of axial rigidity is given. The axial nature character is obtained. The analysis of the dynamic load amplification factor provides basis for reasonable discussing the effect of the axial force on roll bearings.
