阳极溶解促进室温蠕变的机理

Mechanism of Anodic Dissolution Facilitating Ambient Creep of Brass

  • 摘要: 阳极溶解产生过饱和空位引起刃位错攀移,从而导致蠕变速率dε/dt的升高。计算表明,dε/dt和电流密度成正比,与试样直径成反比,并和溶液脱锌程度有关。黄铜棒状试样的室温蠕变实验表明,阳极极化可使蠕变速率dε/dt升高,实验结果和理论计算基本一致。

     

    Abstract: The creep rate resulting from dislocation climb induced by vacancy supereaturation during the anodic polarization has been calculated.The results showed that the creep rate in both solutions increased linearly with the increase of the anodic current density and was approximately inversely proportional to the radius of the specimen and related to the degree of de-alloying.The experimental data supported the proposed mechanism.
