中碳铝硅镇静钢连铸坯的高温延塑性
Hot Ductility of Al-Si Killed Medium Carbon Steel CC Slab

摘要: 采用Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机测试了宝钢生产的易出现角横裂纹缺陷的中碳铝硅镇静钢GR4151连铸坯的高温延塑性,并通过金相、扫描电镜等方法对拉断后试样的断口及组织形貌进行了分析检验,结果表明:GR4151钢在熔点~700℃的温度区间存在2个脆性区域,即熔点~1330℃的第Ⅰ脆性区和860~740℃的第Ⅲ脆性区,第Ⅲ脆性区内,γ单相域AlN等氮化物在γ晶界析出和在γ+α两相区先共析铁素体呈网状并在γ晶界析出是造成脆化的主要原因,本文还提出了避免产生角横裂纹缺陷的措施。Abstract: It was found that the tarnsverse corner cracks occurring on the Al-Si killed medium carbon steel cc slab produced by Baoshan Iron and Steel Company.The hot ductility of GR4151 cc slab was measured with Gleeble-1500 tensile test machine.Some of the fractures were examined by means of optical microscopy and SEM.There exist two low ductility temperature regions for the GR4151 steel within the temperature range from melting points to 700℃,i.e.Region I from the melting point to 1330℃ and Region Ⅲ from 860~740℃.In Region Ⅲ,the ductility loss is due,in part to strain-induced precipitation of the fine particles of AlN at the austenite grain boundaries and, in part to the austenite-ferrite phase transformation.Counter measures against transverse corner cracks were proposed.
