Kinetics of Vacuum Denitrogenation from Steel Using Fluxes

摘要: 在真空或真空低吹氩条件下,研究了CaO-BaO-Al₂O₃-TiO₂,CaO-MgO-Al₂O₃-SiO₂-CaF₂渣对钢液脱氮的影响。结果表明,熔渣降低真空脱氮速率,底吹氩能减少熔渣对真空脱氮的阻力。

Abstract: Under vacuum or vacuum argon blowing conditions,the influences of CaO-BaO-Al₂O₃-TiO₂ and CaO-MgO-Al₂O₃-SiO₂-CaF₂ slags on denitrogenation from steel were investigated.It is found that slags decrease the rate of vacuum denitrogenation and vacuum argon blowing decreases the denitrogenation resistance of slags.
