离子色谱法分析食用色素中无机阴离子的预分离方法

Preseparation Method for Ion Chromatography of Inorganic Anions in Colorants

  • 摘要: 系统分析了3种不同类型的"吸附剂"(聚酰胺、活性炭和阴离子交换树脂)对色素的吸附条件和吸附性能及7种无机阴离子的洗脱行为。研究结果表明,三者均可用于5种合成食用色素中7种无机阴离子的预分离,回收率达95%~105%,有效地消除了食用色素中无机阴离子分析的基体干扰。

     

    Abstract: Adsorption character and conditions of the five colorants on three different kinds of adsorbent (polycaprolactam powder,active carbon,anion exchange resin)were systematically investigated.Elution behavior of seven inorganic anions was also studied.The results shows that all the three kinds of adsorbent can be used for preseparation of seven inorganic anions in the five synthetic colorants.Recoveries are 95%~105% and matrix interference in ion chromatography is eliminated effectively.
