Analysis of Screw Rolling Strengthening on Fatigue

  • 摘要: 利用(SEM)观察了30CrMnSiNi2A钢经螺纹滚压的疲劳断口与未经螺纹液压的疲劳断口,研究和分析螺纹滚压强化对30CrMnSiNi2A钢制造的零件螺纹部位疲劳寿命的影响.结果表明,该钢滚压后的疲劳极限提高了58.6%,疲劳源减少,疲劳扩展区明显增大,疲劳条带间距变窄.初步探讨了滚压强化的机理.
    Abstract: The effect of roll Press strengthening on the fatigue fracture of bolts which made of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel was studied. The experimental result shows that the endurance limit of the bolts is increased about 58.6% by roll press strengthening, the fatigue fracture appearane is changed, the number of the origin region of the fatigue crack is reduced, the area of the crack growth zone is increased, and the width of the fatigue striahon is decreased. Finely, the mechanism of roll press strengthening was discussed.
