新型耐海水腐蚀低合金钢10CrCuSiV锈层分析研究报告

Investigation of the Rust on a New Kind of Low Alloy Steel (10CrCuSiV) for Resistance Sea-corrosion

  • 摘要: 新型耐海水腐蚀低合金钢10CrCusiV,在大连海域全浸区挂片试验7a后的腐蚀率为0.23mm/a.通过金相、岩相、X射线衍射及扫描电镜、电子能谱等分析,都证明了10CrCuSiV钢的锈层致密,附着牢固,粘附性系数小;内锈层以Fe3O4为主,有良好保护性;而合金元素在蚀坑内的富集有效地抑制了局部腐蚀作用.

     

    Abstract: 10CrCuSiV was a new kind of low alloy steel for resistance Sea-corrosion,its corrosion rate was 0.23 mm/a in the sea after immersed 7 years.Used the metallograph,lithofacies-MIC, X-ray diffraction, SEM and electron energy spectrum etc, the results are shown:1) The rust on the 10CrCuSiV steel has strong adhesive power, compact texture and small adhesiveness coefficient. 2) In-surface rust of the 10CrCuSiV consists of the Fe3O4 mainly and has better protection. 3) The alloying elements (Cr, Cu, Si etc.) are collected in the rusy pit,so the local corrosion is controlled effectively.
