喷射沉积18Ni(250)马氏体时效钢-(Al2O3)p复合材料的组织与性能

Microstructure and Properties of Spray Deposited 18Ni(250) Maraging Steel-(Al2O3)p Composite

  • 摘要: 采用雾化喷射沉积成形技术制备了含10%(体积分数)Al2O3颗粒的18Ni(250)马氏体时效钢金属基复合材料.沉积坯件具有高致密度、增强颗粒均匀分布、无界面反应等组织特征.同基体合金相比,复合材料表现出加速时效行为.经热处理后复合材料的拉伸强度接近基体材料,耐磨性明显提高.采用显微力学探针技术研究了复合材料的时效行为,发现在Al2O3颗粒附近存在陡峭的弹性模量和硬度分布,是热错配应力造成的位错密度分布引起的析出相分布变化的结果.

     

    Abstract: Spray forming technique has been applied to prepare 18Ni(250) maraging steel+10%Al2O3 particulate reinforced metal matrix composite. The spray deposited preform shows high density and favourite microstructures such as homogeneous distribution of the reinforcement particulates and free from interface reaction. Compared with the matrix 18Ni maraging steeh the composite demonstrated an accelerated aging behaviour. After heat treatment, the composite material shows a tensile strength near the matrix steel, with much improved wear resistance. Nanoindentation investigation of the aging process of the composite material shows that there exists a sharp distribution of elastic modulus and microhardness around Al2O3 particulates, which can be attributed to the distribution of precipitate caused by the thermal misfit dislocation distributions.
