分光光度法测定微量钪——三元显色体系Sc(Ⅲ)-CPA-pc-Ⅰ-的研究
Color Developmeat Reaction in the Temary System of Sc(Ⅲ)-CPA-pc-Ⅰ- and Its Analytical Application

摘要: 系统地研究了Sc(Ⅲ)-CPA-pc-I-三元配合物显色体系的最佳显色条件及其主要性质,测定了共存离子的影响。钪含量在每25ml含0~7.5μg范围内服从比尔定律。表观摩尔吸光系数为1.4×105l·cm-1·mol-1.采用该三元体系测定了合成试样及攀枝花铁矿中的微量钪,结果与推荐值基本相符。Abstract: The optimum chromogenic conditions of the colored system that is ternary coordination compound Sc(Ⅲ)-CPA-pc-Ⅰ- and its main characters were studied systemati-cally. The influence of some foreign ions on this colored system was measured. Beer's law is obeyed over a range of 0~7.5 μg Sc/25ml. The relative molar absorpbility is 1.4×105 1·mol-1·cm-1. The system was used to determine the trace amount of scan-dium in a synthetic sample and in Pan Zhihua magnetite, the results were satisfied.
