钢-铝固液相复合中的分形

Fractal on Steel-Aluminum Solid to Liquid Bonding

  • 摘要: 应用分形几何理论确定了钢-铝固液相复合板钢板打毛表面、剪切撕裂表面的分形维数及其与复合板界面剪切强度之间的关系.当钢板打毛表面的分形维数为2.36时,剪切撕裂表面的最大分形维数为2.33,相应的最大界面剪切强度为65.3MPa.采用钢丝直径为1.4mm的钢丝轮进行打毛处理是最佳打毛方式.

     

    Abstract: The relationship between fractal dimension of the 08Al steel plate blast sanded surface that of the steel-aluminium solid to liquid bonding plate shearing surface and interfacial shear strength was determined by using fractal theory.It was recieved that the maximum interfacial shear strength 65.3 MPa corresponded to the optimum fractal dimension 2.33 of the shearing surface of bonding plate,and the fractal dimension of the blast sanded surface of Steel plate Which was blast sanded by the wheel made by steel wire (diameter was 1.4mm) was 2.36.
