垂直管道固液两相流的最小提升水流速度

摘要: 通过分析粒径/管径比、紊流强度及颗粒群浓度对垂直固液两相流中大颗粒的阻力系数及颗粒沉降末速度的影响,得出在一定条件下颗粒的临界雷诺数提前,阻力系数突降0.1,使颗粒的沉降末速度急增.并在此基础上,给出了可用于工业试验的最小水力提升水流速度.Abstract: On the basis of studying the ratio of particle diameter/pipe diameter, turbulence intensity and multi-particle concentration, which influence critical Reynold's number of solid-liquid two-phose flow in vertical pipe, the resulted showed that sharp drop of drag coefficient and higher of particle sinking velocity were presented. In end, a minimum lifting water velocity was given for engineering design.
