锌铝尖晶石的研制

Synthesis of Zinc Aluminum Oxide Spinel

摘要: 在不同的ZnO/Al₂O₃配比条件下,于1600℃左右合成了锌铝尖晶石及含锌铝尖晶石的陶瓷材料.在1200~1300℃的温度下,测定了不同陶瓷材料与铜液之间的接触角,结果表明ZnO的加入可以改善铜液对Al₂O₃的浸润性.

Abstract: ZnO-Al₂O₃ spinel and the spinel-containing ceramics have been synthesized by sintering, the mixture of zinc oxide and alumina fine powder in various molar rations under about 1600℃. The contact angles between copper melt and the sintered ceramic samples of different compositions have been measured at the temperatures of 1200℃ and 1300℃. It can be shown from the result that the addition of ZnO into Al₂O₃ improves the wettabriity of copper melt on Al₂O₃ ceramic.
