摘要: 通过采用新型的热模拟技术研究表明,不同精轧总变形量和道次变形分配量对TiC相粒子析出行为均有较大的影响,而对于TiN,TiS和Ti4C4S2这3种较粗大的析出物影响不大.两者之间的合理配置将有利于形成粗大、稀疏的TiC粒子,Abstract: The effect of total finish-rolling strain and pass strains on the precipitating behavior of TiC has been discussed, using the thermomechanical simulation technique. Results show that the total finish-rolling strain and pass strains have an important effect on precipitation behavior of TiC particles, and proper match of them would be benefit to get a sparse dispersion of coarse TiC particles.
