Theoretical Investigation into Continuous Tension Leveling Process of Metal Strip (3)——Analysis on the Tension Leveling Process during Bending Moment Decreasing Period and Re-increasing Period

摘要: 对受拉伸弯曲带材在第1个弯曲辊上的弯矩卸载阶段进行了分析,结果表明带材在第一个弯曲辊上拉伸弯曲后产生的残余曲率相当大,必须在后续的计算中予以考虑.同时,对带材拉伸弯曲过程中各种中性轴、中性轴之间的关系及其在带材中的位置变化情况进行了讨论,明确指出了受拉伸弯曲带材的第1次弯曲和第2次弯曲的不同点.对受拉伸弯曲带材的多次弯曲时的纵向延伸计算进行了讨论.

Abstract: The tension leveling process is investigated in detail the bending moment decreasing period on the first bending roll. The result shows that the residual curvature is big enough to analyze the deformation of tension leveled metal strip. The tension leveling process of the metal strip on the second roll is much differentfrom that on the first roll. The calculation method of the elongation of the tension leveled metal strip on multiple rolls is discussed also.
