Calculating Models on the Viscosity of CaO-MgO-CaF2-Al2O3-SiO2 Slag

  • 摘要: 依据炉渣结构的共存理论和五元渣系CaO-MgO-CaF2-SiO2-Al2O3在不同温度和成分下的实测粘度值,制定了本渣系的作用浓度和粘度计算模型.计算结果符合实际,证明计算模型可以反映CaO-MgO-CaF2-Al2O3-SiO2渣系的实际结构与粘度、结构单元的作用浓度及温度之间的正确关系.

     

    Abstract: According to the coexistence theory of slag structure as well as the measured viscosities of CaO -MgO-CaF2-SiO2 -Al2O3 at different temperatures and compositions,calculating models of mass action concentrations for CaO -MgO-CaF2-SiO2-Al2O3, melts and viscosity for these melts have been formulated. The results of calculation agree well with practice, showing that these models can reflect the structural reality of the melts and the relatonship between viscosities as well as the mass action concentrations and temperatures of the melts.
