CAS-OB钢水同时降低Als,O和T.O的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Reduction ofAls,O and T.O in Molten Steel CAS-OB Technolgy

  • 摘要: 为防止常规CAS-OB铝热法精炼钢水时Als和TAl过高而导致连铸时中间包水口堵塞,对用Al-CaO处理钢水进行了实验结果表明:用Al-CaO脱氧能够同时降低钢中溶解氧、总氧(10×10-6~30×10-6)和酸溶铝量(7×10-6~12×10-6),并能控制钢中夹杂物的形态、数量和分布.

     

    Abstract: Molten steel of high solube Al conten and total Al content can result in the tundish nozzle blockage in continuous casting when heated by Al with CAS-OB refining technology. Some experiments have been made to treat molten steel by Al-CaO complex. The results Show that deoxidization by Al-CaO complex can not only reduceAls (10x 10-6-30x 10b,O (7×10-12x 10-6) and T.O content simultaneously, but also control the morphology, amounts and distribution of the remaining inclusions in the Steel.
