Synthesis of Ca-α-Sialon-SiC Powders from Blast Furnace Slag and Optimization of Its Synthesis Process

摘要: 在热力学分析的基础上,以高炉渣为原料,引入适当的添加剂,利用碳热还原-氮化的方法制备了Ca-α-Sialon-SiC粉,得到的Ca-α-Sialon含量最高可以达到81%;利用统计模式识别结合人工神经元网络优化了工艺.Abstract: Blast furnace slag is a kind of metallurgical solid wastes. In order to make better use of it and enhance its additional value, Ca-α-Sialon-SiC powders were synthesized from blast furnace slag and some additives by carbothermal reduction and nitridition (CRN) based on thermodynamic analysis. The content of Ca-a-Sialon in the sintered samples was up to 81%. The synthesis process of CRN was optimized by Statistical Pattern Recognition (SPR) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN).
