轧制工艺对ZJ400热轧板带组织和性能的影响

Influence of Different Rolling Gauges on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of ZJ400 Strip

  • 摘要: 研究了3种ZJ400 CSP热轧板材工艺规程与组织、力学性能的关系.实验结果表明:当变形量增大时,晶粒组织的不均匀程度增大.含有粗大的铁素体晶粒和残留的热轧织构,引起力学性能的各向异性,导致了抗拉强度和延伸率的降低.

     

    Abstract: The relation between technics and microstructure, mechanical properties has been stadied. The experiment results show tha the degree of offsetting of particle structures increases the the degree of distortion grows. Big ferrites and hot rolling texture are left behind in particle structures, Which leads the anisotropy of mechanics, so the tensile strength and elongation rate reduce.
