Depletion of Alloying Elements and Composition Demixing in Surface Layers by Double Glow Plasma Method

摘要: 研究了在试样20钢上双层辉光离子渗Hastelloy C-2000合金过程中渗层出现的成分离析以及表层Ni,Cr合金元素贫化现象,并进行了一定的理论分析.认为表面合金贫化与工件表面层离子轰击形成的畸变梯度及反溅射有关;成分离析是由于合金Ni,Cr,Mo的溅射特征不同造成的.Abstract: The depletion of alloying elements and composition demixing in surface alloyed layer on the 20# steel in process of double plasmas suface alloying hastelloy C-2000 had been studied. The results showed that the depletion of alloying elements were related to distortion gradient in surface alloyed layer and phenornena of antisputter, and the compostion demixing emerged as a result of different sputter character of element Ni,Cr,Mo.
