摘要: 以转炉污泥为原料,配入有机和无机复合结合剂,采用压制成型和低温焙烧的方法研制了高性能转炉污泥球团,并探索了影响球团强度的各种因素.试验发现球团强度随着焙烧温度的升高,球团强度增加,当温度达到大约873 K时强度达到极值;当温度超过873 K时,随着有机结合剂及结晶水的挥发,球团强度又明显下降;当温度超过1300K时,固相扩散增加,并出现液相烧结,因而球团强度显著增加.对影响球团强度的因素进行了模式识别分析,找到了目标优化区,确定了适宜的球团生产工艺条件.Abstract: With the convertor sludge as raw material and with mixed binding of organic and inorganic binding agent, high quality sludge pellet was prepared by crumby pressing and low temperature calcination. The factors that affect the strength of the pellet were examined. Experimental results show that the strength of pellet increased as the calcination temperature increased and it got its peak value while calcination temperature was about 873 K, While temperature was increased to higher than 873 K, with the volatilization of crystalline water and organic binding agent, the pellet strength decreased. However, as temperature increased further, es-pecially as temperature exceeded 1300K, with the effects of liquid sinter and solid diffusion, the pellet strength increased again. Pattern recognition has been carried out to analyze the parameters affect pellet strength, and optimization region of sludge pellet has been classified. The proper process parameters of sludge pellet have been determined.
