Abstract:
The mathematical model of the temperature field for BF wall was established. The influence of diameter of cooling water pipe, distance between cooling water pipes, the distance between cooling water pipe and heat surface of stave, brick conductivity, brick thickness, brick area, lining thickness, thickness of the skull of hot metal and slag and convection coefficient on the the heat load of Blast furnace wall was studied. The results show that decreasing the thermal conductance is the important way for increasing the heat load of bladt furnance wall.
