Controlling Inclusion Composition in Steelmaking Process for Tire Cord Steel

  • 摘要: 通过热力学计算分析了生产帘线钢生产工艺中生产条件对钢中夹杂物成分的影响.从控制夹杂物成分的角度,提出了采用不含铝的Si-Mn合金进行脱氧,控制酸溶铝的含量在1×10~6-5×10-6(质量分数)范围内,不采用铝质包衬的钢包,提高VD真空度在300Pa以上,取消喂Si-Ca丝等建议.

     

    Abstract: The effect of various process factors for producing tire cord steel on inclusion composition was discussed by thermodynamic calculations. Some advice was proposed for controlling inclusion composition, which includes deoxidization with the Si-Mn alloy without aluminum, dissolved aluminum controlled within 1×10-6~5×10-6 in mass fraction, using ladle lining without alumina, creasing vacuum degree over 300 Pa and canceling feed Si-Ca line.
