振动式电脉冲沉积铝化物微晶涂层对Cr5Mo钢高温腐蚀性能的影响

High-temperature Corrosion Behavior of Cr5Mo Steel with Micro-crystalline Aluminide Coating by Vibratile Electro-pulse Deposition

  • 摘要: 采用振动式电脉冲沉积装置在Cr5Mo钢表面沉积了厚度达100μm的铝化物微晶涂层.在沉积涂层的过程中,铝电极与工件瞬时接触放电,产生很高的温度,形成了铁铝金属间化合物涂层;电极瞬时分离,涂层迅速冷却,获得了微晶结构,而且涂层与基体具有冶金结合.600℃空气中氧化200h,600℃流动的99.98%SO2气氛中硫化50h的实验结果和SEM,XRD分析结果表明,沉积铝化物做晶涂层后Cr5Mo钢的抗氧化、硫化性能均得到大幅度提高.

     

    Abstract: A micro-crystalline aluminide coating of 100μm thick was obtained by vibratile electro-pulse deposition on Cr5Mo steel. An Fe-Al intermetallic compound layer forms due to high temperature during instant discharging between alumimum electrodes and specimens, micro-crystalline structure is achieved due to the high cooling rate during deposition, and the coating bonds with the substrate firmly. The experimential results of oxidation in air for 200h at 600 ℃ and sulfuration in flowing 99.98%SO2 for 50h at 600 ℃ and the analysis of SEM and XRD show that the high temperature oxidation and sulfuration resistances of Cr5Mo steel with aluminide coating are greatly improved.
