深冲板St15再结晶退火过程织构演变

Texture evolution of deep-drawing sheet St15 during recrystallizaiton annealing

  • 摘要: 运用电子背散射花样技术(EBSP)对本钢深冲板St15再结晶退火过程中的织构演变规律进行了研究.当加热速率为30℃/h时,深冲板St15再结晶开始温度在560℃左右,再结晶完成时间约为2h,最强织构组分为100<110>.随着温度的升高,深冲板St15的γ纤维织构,尤其是111<112>织构有所增强.当保温温度为700℃,随保温时间延长,深冲板St15的111<110>织构明显增强,4h后111<112>织构开始逐渐增强,到13h时,获得理想的退火织构.

     

    Abstract: Electrical back scatter pattern (EBSP) was used to investigate the texture evolution rule of deep-drawing sheet St15 during recrystallization annealing. When the heating rate is 30℃/h, the recrystallization temperature of deep-drawing sheet St15 is about 560℃, the recrystallization finishing time is nearly 2 h, and the strongest component of the recrystallization texture is 100<110>. γ fibre texture in St15, especially 111<112>, strengthens with incresing the annealing temperature. When the holding temperature is 700℃, 111<110> texture in St15 strengthens with increasing the annealing time, and after holding for 4h111<112> texture gradually. When the holding time reaches 13 h, a satisfied annealing texture is achieved.
