Charging characteristics of a hydraulic braking system with accumulator for construction vehicles

摘要: 在对新型蓄能器充液阀结构与性能分析的基础上,建立了制动系统充液特性动态分析数学模型,分析了充液过程中充液阀的动态特性及功率消耗,得到了系统参数及充液阀结构参数对充液特性的影响规律.实验验证了仿真模型的正确性.Abstract: A mathematical model of charging characteristics in a full power hydraulic brake system was established based on the structure and performance analysis of a new-type accumulator charging valve. The simulation analysis of dynamic characteristics and power expending of the charging valve were conducted, and the affecting laws of the valve's system parameters and structure parameters on the charging characteristics of the system were learned. Experiments are carried out to verify the simulating model.
