基于Varela免疫模型的免疫控制器的设计与仿真

Design and simulation of immune controller based on Varela immune network model

  • 摘要: Varela免疫网络模型是继Jerne独特性网络模型之后的第二代网络模型,Varela免疫网络模型描述的是没有外来抗原作用时的T、B细胞因子的动态平衡关系.本文在此基础上建立了一种考虑抗原的改进的Varela免疫网络模型.然后基于这种能够在一定程度上合理描述生物免疫特性的改进Varela免疫网络模型,构造了一类与被控对象无关的免疫控制器模型.以大惯性大滞后模型为被控对象,采用仿真的方法研究了该免疫控制器的特性.仿真研究与分析表明:该免疫控制器具有一定的记忆和自学习能力,具有较好的抗纯滞后及参数自适应性能.文中将这种免疫控制器的参数变化对控制系统的影响也作了仿真研究.

     

    Abstract: The immune network model of Varela is the second generation network model following the Jerne's.The dynamic balance relation of T and B cells without antigen effect is described in Varela immune network model.An improved Varela's immune network model considering antigen base on Varela's immune network model was founded.Some biologic characteristics can be described by the improved Varela's immune network model to a certain extent.Then an immune controller model was constructed on base of the improvement Varela's immune network model that is independent of system object model.With a big lag model as the controlled plant,the characteristic of the immune controller was studied with simulation.The result indicates that the controller has the memory,self-learning ability,the good anti-delay and self-adapting performance.The influence of controller parameter change on the control system performance was also studied with simulation.
