MINT法铝液入射角对除氢气泡分布的影响
Effect of the incidence angle of molten aluminum on refinery gas distribution in the on-line MINT technology

摘要: 基于我国在线除氢技术应用及研究现状,以在线MINT法中铝液精炼反应器为研究对象,采用欧拉-欧拉多相流模型模拟计算了反应器内精炼气体的分布状况.多相流优化模拟中,选取三种铝液入射角度条件,进行混合流动数值计算和均匀性对比分析.结果表明:随铝液入射角的变化,除氢气泡在铝液中的分布状况发生了明显改变;铝液入射角为45°,除氢气泡分布的均匀性较其他角度更佳.Abstract: Based on the present situation of research on the on-line refinery technology and its application in China, the refinery gas distribution in a molten aluminum purifying reactor on the base of the on-line MINT technology was simulated in an Euler-Euler multiphase flow model. Three incidence angles of molten aluminum were used to calculate multiphase flow in the optimization numerical simulation. The results of numerical calculation and comparative analysis on mixture uniformity showed that the refinery gas distribution changed remarkably with incidence angle, and the best uniformity of gas distribution was gained in a 45° incidence by comparing three simulated results of different incidence angles.
