摘要: 在深入分析机架偏心作用机制的基础上,提出了轧机偏心补偿控制信息相域滤波提取方法,它利用机架偏心轧制作用强度与轧制过程中轧辊的机械转动相位密切相关的特点,将轧机的时域轧制数据转换为以轧辊转动相位为参变量的数据进行处理.在线性化相域空间中,与轧辊偏心作用相关的信号呈现出显著的周期化特征,而其余的原时域周期信号在转换过程中均被非周期化.在线性化相域空间中,将轧辊转动轧制作用的往复周期作为指定的循环统计量统计周期.理论分析表明,基于统计方法能够有效地消除噪声的影响,同时抑制非指定线性化相域循环分量,实现机架偏心特性信息的有效获取,其实质是线性化相域空间中的梳状滤波器滤波.依据统计获取的机架偏心特征信息可以为轧机偏心补偿提供一定的数据参考.Abstract: A phase-domain filtering pick-up method for roll eccentricity compensation control is proposed by analyzing the mechanism of action of roll eccentricity. This method utilizes the character that the effect intensity of roll eccentricity is closely related to the rotating phase of rollers. In the method the time-domain eccentricity data are transformed to the phase domain of the roller's rotating movement first, and then processed. In the linear phase domain, the eccentricity-related signal shows distinct periodicity, and the periodicity of the other periodic signals in time-domain is weakened during this transformation. The roller's rotating period is used as the target period for cyclic statistics in the linear phase domain. Theoretic analysis indicates that the effect of noise is eliminated and some unwanted periodic signals are choked by the statistics, so the roll eccentricity characteristic information can be picked up adequately. The essential of this proposed method is a kind of comb filter in linear phase-domain. The eccentricity characteristic information can give data support for eccentricity compensation.
