板带厚度控制系统中引起混沌的条件论证

摘要: 在分析轧机运动方程的基础上,通过对同宿轨道及Melnikov函数的讨论,分析厚度控制系统参数与出现Smale混沌之间的联系以及厚度控制系统出现混沌时对控制精度的影响.给出了板带轧机厚控系统出现Smale马蹄意义下混沌的条件,通过仿真验证了轧制过程中轧辊偏心干扰造成厚度控制系统混沌的新观点.仿真分析表明,在混沌出现时轧件的厚度偏差将发生较大偏移,可以通过混沌控制的途径提高产品精度.Abstract: Based on the motion equations of rolling mills, the relation between the parameters of an automatic gauge control system and Smale chaos and the effect of chaos existing in the automatic gauge control system on the control precision were analyzed through discussing the homoclinic orbit and the Melnikov function. The condition that Smale horseshoe chaos occurs in the automatic gauge con-trol system was given. A new idea was proposed and verified that roll eccentricity disturbances on gauge control is chaotic during roll-ing. Simulation results show that the thickness deviation of the rolled will be large when chaos occurs and the product quality can be improved by chaos control.
