基于相场法的砂浆裂纹相互作用失效分析

Analysis on the fracture failure in crack interaction of mortar using the phase-field method

  • 摘要: 提出一种新的基于相场法的砂浆断裂力学分析方法,对裂纹相互作用导致的砂浆试件失效行为进行模拟分析.采用非保守Allen-Cahn方程作为控制方程,借助COMSOL有限元分析软件,将线弹性力场和相场整合为统一的有限元模型,对砂浆中裂纹发展和相互作用进行模拟分析.通过砂浆三点弯曲试验和直拉试验,测试砂浆裂纹扩展过程.模拟结果与试验结果的对比分析表明,砂浆试件裂纹相互作用临界荷载的模拟计算结果与试验结果非常吻合.研究结果表明,Ⅱ型试件断裂破坏会产生更长的裂缝路径.

     

    Abstract: This article introduces a new mortar fracture analysis method based on the phase-field method,which is used to analyze the fracture failure in crack interaction of mortar.The non-conserved Allen-Cahn equation was adopted as the system governing equation to study the crack development and interaction in mortar.Both the linear elasticity and phase-field equations were solved in a unified finite element frame work,which was implemented in the commercial software COMSOL.Direct tension test and three-point bending test were performed for validation.It is discovered that the critical load of crack interaction by the phase-field method agrees very well with the experimental results.Research results show that Mode Ⅱ specimen tends to have a longer crack path.
