保温时间和冷却方式对Fe-28Mn-2.8Si-2.2Al-TWIP钢组织和力学性能的影响

Effect of annealing time and cooling methods on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Fe-28Mn-2.8Si-2.2Al-TWIP steel

  • 摘要: 通过光学显微镜和电子背散射衍射技术研究了1000℃退火温度下保温时间和冷却方式对Fe-28Mn-2.8Si-2.2Al-TWIP钢组织和性能的影响.结果表明:当保温时间为5、10和20 min时,随着保温时间的延长,奥氏体晶粒迅速长大,同时退火孪晶在晶粒内部变长、增厚,抗拉强度和屈服强度同时下降,但是延伸率变化不大.对比水冷和空冷两种冷却方式,水冷更有利于TWIP钢获得良好的力学性能,同时冷却速度对晶粒和取向有一定的影响.

     

    Abstract: The effect of annealing time and cooling methods on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Fe-28Mn-2.8Si-2.2Al-TWIP steel was studied by optical microscopy and electron backscatter diffraction technology. It is found that when the annealing time is 5,10 and 20 min,the austenite grains grow quickly. At the same time,annealing twins in the austenite grains get long and thick,the tensile strength and yield strength decrease,but the change in elongation is little. Compared with air cooling,water cooling is more advantageous for the TWIP steel to obtain good mechanical properties,and the cooling rate has a certain effect on the grain orientation.
