Abstract
The fretting corrosion performance of 1Cr13 stainless steel in NaCI solution at different cathodic protection potenrials was studied by means of the fretting corrosion measurement and the test system.Fretting makes corrosion potential shift fast to stable value when cathodic protection is absent mass loss of fretting corrosion gradually decreases with cathodic protection protential's moving negatively, reaching the mininum at potential of -670 mV(SCE):then, mass loss gradually increases when cathodic protection potential's goes on moving negatively.Mass loss of fretting corrosion at protection potential of-850 mV(SCE) surpasses that without cathodic protection.
