Optimization Aimed at the Lowest Coke Consumption by Model and Analysis of the Application

Abstract
Optimization by model aimed at the lowest coke consumption at the given condition of the blast furnace. The environment of the optimization model used was introduced. Some parameters were obtained by modeling on line. Comparing the results parameters of optimization with that of real production, it was shows that the rate of the sinter quantity used ought to be reduced and the pellet quantity increase. The temperature of the blast and the oxygen enrichment should use at the highest level that the blast furnace could supply. Based on the condition the pulverized coal injection at 186 kg/t, the coke consumption may be lowers to the level of 300 kg/t or so.
